Terms of service

This is a courtesy translation. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

This document is an offer by the Kalina VPS service (the “Service”) to enter into an agreement for subscription access to a virtual server on the terms below. Payment means full acceptance of this offer.

1. Subject

The Service provides the User with access to a virtual server (VPS) for the selected term: 30, 90, 180 or 360 days. Access is provided as a subscription link for connecting through supported apps, for one device, with unlimited traffic.

2. Price and payment

Prices are listed on the website in rubles. Payment is one-time, via a payment provider: SBP, bank card or crypto. There are no automatic charges. Renewal is paid separately; the days are added to the current term.

2.1. Trial

If the website offers a trial (7 days for 1 ₽), it is available once per User: the Service may decline it if access or a trial has already been issued for this email. When the trial ends, there are no automatic charges or renewal. To continue, the User pays for any plan with the same email — the days are added to the current term and the link stays the same.

3. Access

Access is provided automatically once the payment is confirmed and is shown on the website. If access does not appear within 30 minutes, the User contacts support.

4. User obligations

The User agrees to use the access in accordance with the law, not to share it with third parties beyond the device limit, and not to use the server for spam, attacks on network resources or other unlawful actions. In case of violation, the Service may suspend access.

5. Refunds

If access was not provided through the fault of the Service, the money is refunded upon request to support. Refund requests are reviewed individually.

6. Liability

The Service keeps the access working but is not responsible for third-party websites, apps and the User’s own networks.
